  Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional service. We waited 3 weeks for an appointment and they rang at the time of the appointment to say they could not come due to the snow - which was very surprising given that the roads are all clear. Then I was put on hold whilst they chatted about their kids schools, the fact that one of them was buying a new car...... then the woman on the phone said 'she's not happy' presumably referring to me, then the man said 'well, he can't be f***ing arsed to drive in the snow'. Then, after several minutes, the man told the woman to hang up on me and I was cut off. I would not have these people in my house and I certainly would not in any way trust them with a burglar alarm. They are awful and think it is acceptable to swear and talk about customers whilst they are on the phone listening.
